World Series of Fighting held their forth event this past weekend which featured a couple of big names in the MMA world. Former XFC Lightweight and one armed fighter, Nick Newell earned his tenth win defeating Keon Caldwell via guillotine choke at 2:07 of round 1. Bantamweight Marlon Moraes got the unanimous decision victory over Brandon Hempleman by crippling him with some sick leg kicks. In the main event, Light Heavyweight and kickboxing great Tyrone Spong won a unanimous decision over Angel DeAnda. Other notable winners were Dave Huckaba, JZ Cavalcante and Gerald Harris.

Former UFC and Bellator Welterweight Paul Daley has signed a three fight deal with BAMMA.

Dennis Hallman will face off against Dan Hornbuckle in a Welterweight fight that will headline Titan FC 26 on August 30th.

 The XFC has announced that Scott Holtzman will defend his Lightweight title against Roger Carroll and that Courtney Casey and Pearl Gonzales will fight for the inaugural Women's Flyweight title. Both fights will take place at XFC 26 on October 18th.

Light Heavyweight veteran Andrei Arlovski will step in for the injured Anthony Johnson to fight Mike Kyle at WSOF 5.

After his recent UFC release Tim Means will now fight Pete Spratt in a Lightweight headliner at Legacy FC 23.
