UFC Fight Night 56 took place on the other side of the world in Brazil. Welterweight Warlley Alves won a controversial decision over Alan Jouban. Welterweight Roan Carneiro will only be fined $100 rather than the original amount of $15,000. Carneiro, who won the tournament, received $50,000 in prize money for doing so.

The UFC will serve as a title sponsor for the 2015 British Open Judo Championships.
